From inquiry to delivery. We start production once you've accepted the quote and we've confirmed payment.

We reply within 2 business days (JST; closed on weekends and Japanese holidays). We go over the details by email and send a quote with the price, estimated delivery, number of revisions and deliverables (quotes are free). For the All-in-one package, we also ask about your character idea (hairstyle, colors, outfit, vibe, etc.).
Once you accept the quote, you pay before production starts. Orders of ¥110,000 or more can be paid in two parts: a deposit (50%) and a final payment (50%, before delivery). The order is confirmed when we confirm payment. We are preparing card and bank transfer payments via Stripe (international cards accepted).
For Rigging your art, we separate your art into parts, draw in the hidden areas, then add motion. For the All-in-one package, we first have you review the character art before moving on.
We show you the motion along the way and take your revision requests (if we get no reply within 14 days, we treat that stage as approved and continue). Free revisions per review: 2 for Lite and Standard, 3 for Full (see Pricing).
We deliver the model folder for VTube Studio (.moc3 and related files, with expressions and settings), plus a transparent-background standing image (PNG) and a how-to guide, as downloadable files. The layered PSD and the Live2D project file (cmo3) are included only if you choose those add-ons. If anything doesn't work correctly within 30 days of delivery (60 days for Full), we fix it free of charge.
