- Receipts are sent electronically (PDF). Qualified invoices under Japan's invoice system will be issued once our registration is complete.
- Price
- Shown tax-included on the Pricing page (Rigging your art from ¥33,000, All-in-one package from ¥55,000; add-ons extra). Rush orders add 30% of the base price (minimum ¥22,000) and business use adds 50% of the base price (minimum ¥33,000). We quote the tax-included amount based on your order. Customers who do not live in Japan pay the price excluding Japanese consumption tax (the tax-included price ÷ 1.1, rounded down to the nearest yen).
- Quantity limit
- Orders at the launch price are limited to the first 5 clients (Rigging your art and All-in-one package combined). The launch price applies to the base price only and can't be combined with “Portfolio opt-out” or “Rush”.
- Additional fees
- None (internet connection fees for browsing this site and downloading data are borne by the customer)

- Credit card (with 3D Secure identity check) / bank transfer via Stripe (in preparation)
- Payment timing
- After you accept the quote, the full amount is paid before production starts. For orders of ¥110,000 or more, you may pay a deposit (50%) before production and the balance (50%) before delivery. For orders from companies and organizations, 50% is paid when production starts and the rest by invoice after delivery (closing at the end of the month, payable by the end of the following month).
- Delivery timing
- We start production after confirming payment and deliver the data by the date stated in the quote. Estimated delivery after payment: 7–21 days for Rigging your art, 14–28 days for the All-in-one package (not counting days waiting for your review).

- Data download (we email you a URL; the time of download is recorded)
- Returns / cancellation
- Due to the nature of the work, returns and refunds after delivery are not accepted.
Cancellations before production starts are refunded minus payment processing fees. After production starts, 30% of the price is charged up to the first review (part separation / design proposal), 60% after the first review and before the motion review, and 90% after the motion review. For companies and organizations: 50% up to the first review, 100% after it.
If the Deliverables don't work as quoted, we fix them free of charge within 30 days of delivery (60 days for Full). If we cannot fix them, we refund part or all of the price according to the extent of the problem. See the Terms of Service for details. - Operating environment
